Jocelyn’s path to wellness began with an insatiable curiosity for how the body performs — and how to help it perform better. As a certified Exercise Physiologist and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, her background is rooted in elite-level performance science.
She’s trained under Olympic and world-class coaches, yet her passion lies in translating complex testing into practical guidance for everyday athletes, busy parents, and anyone ready to use movement as medicine.
Tori’s journey is grounded in the belief that health isn’t just physical — it’s environmental, emotional, and deeply personal. With her Master’s in Public Health and background in hospital systems and ergonomics, she brings a preventative mindset to coaching.
But her true drive comes from being an endurance athlete herself — having qualified for the Olympic marathon trials and learned firsthand how to push through limits, setbacks, and recovery.
What unites these two professionals is not just their education, but their real-life experience with setbacks, surgeries, rebuilding, and striving.
Jocelyn has worked with high-performance data used by Olympic athletes — VO2 max, lactate threshold, and more — but now applies it to help real people make every minute of movement count.
After major knee surgery, Tori rebuilt her running foundation from scratch and now helps others do the same with empathy and smart strategy.
