These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Heart Wise Health LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, coaching services, fitness testing, and all related interactions. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Services Overview

Heart Wise Health LLC provides personalized health and fitness services, including but not limited to: exercise coaching, health coaching, VO₂ max testing, lactate threshold analysis, mobility screening, and general wellness consulting. These services may be offered in-person or virtually, depending on the package selected.

2. No Medical Advice

While we are experienced health professionals, the services offered by Heart Wise Health LLC do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new health or fitness program.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health history, fitness level, and personal goals. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the quality of services and is done at the client’s own risk.

4. Payments

All services must be paid in advance via the secure Stripe checkout links provided. Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds once a service has been booked or completed. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal health and contact information is stored securely and will never be shared or sold. Marketing emails will not be sent unless you opt-in separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, content, and testing results provided to you are the intellectual property of Heart Wise Health LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or any of its content. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate service if these terms are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heart Wise Health LLC is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or outcomes that may occur as a result of participating in our services. Clients assume full responsibility for their health decisions and fitness activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website at www.heartwisehealthllc.com.
