Jocelyn is a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach and certified exercise physiologist with over 12 years of experience. She holds a degree in Exercise & Wellness and specializes in high-performance fitness testing like VO₂ max and lactate threshold.

Her approach merges data-driven training with empathy. Jocelyn helps people move with purpose, train smarter, and build lifelong strength—because everyone deserves a plan tailored to their life.

Tori Parkinson

Masters of Public Health • Endurance Coach

Tori brings 8 years of experience in public and preventative health, with a Masters in Public Health and a background in endurance training. She’s also a running coach, industrial hygienist, and former Olympic marathon trials competitor.

Tori combines clinical knowledge and athletic insight to help clients implement healthy, lasting habits. Her goal is to help people live longer, move better, and perform with confidence—inside and out.
